Attorney and Staff Profiles
Brian Ousley is a native of Henderson, Kentucky, and graduate of Henderson County High School. After high school, Brian attended the University of Kentucky where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business
Administration. Brian then attended Salmon P. Chase College of Law, where he graduated Cum Laude earning a Juris Doctorate Degree (J.D.).
Prior to entering private practice, Brian previously worked for The Law Office of Thomas F. Goeke; King, Deep and Branaman; and the Henderson County Attorney’s Office.
Brian chose this type of law practice because it allows him the freedom to provide his clients with the unmatched personal attention and high quality legal service they deserve.
Don Thompson is an attorney with seventeen (17) years’ experience in the areas of workers compensation, insurance defense, personal injury law, and criminal defense. He received his B.A. from Kentucky Wesleyen College and earned a Juris Doctorate from Salmon P. Chase College of Law. He was admitted to the Kentucky Bar in 1997.
Don is a native of Henderson, Kentucky where he continues to reside with his family. Don is very thorough in his practice and prides himself on keeping his clients involved and informed throughout the process.
Jessica Zink has worked at in the legal industry for over ten (10) years. She obtained her Associate of Science Degree from Daymar College in 2001 where she majored in Paralegal Studies.
She has experience as a paralegal in the areas of bankruptcy, real estate, business law and debt collection. Prior to joining Ousley Law Office, she worked as a paralegal with Greenwell, Frazer, Rogers and Peek in Marion, Kentucky.
